Hey Wild Pearls,
Someone asked me “Do you think being a author is profitable? You been in the game for four years.” That was kind of a low blow...but I’m not sure if they knew or not, they may not know me personally.
First for me yes it is is profitable...to my soul. I want to be known for writing. So whether I get paid out the ass now or later I’m fine with it. Why? Because it is exactly what I want to do. Like any other independent job when you partake you have to be consistent, that’s my downfall. I’m not young and active like used to be. I don’t run to social sites and interact like I use to do. To answer your question if I haven’t already, yes! Anything you are adamant in feeling to accomplish every single day is worth it and very profitable if you are willing to put the time in dedication in. That’s what it encompasses hustle and patience, remember nothing comes easy or totally free if it does it won’t last or pan out like you expected there will always be boundary.
The world doesn’t revolve around you but it revolves around space and space leaves nothing but opportunity for the unpredicted and unthinkable. Be careful of what you expect.
I may not get the recognition I want as a Author now but I’m receiving the comfort in knowing I’m writing what I want and believe someone will reciprocate it.
Until next time.
I would like to start a blog if you have any topics, ideas questions throw them to me in the "Whats on your mind" section.
