Let's talk. So what is abandonment or rejection? We know these things can cause or stem from depression anxiety causing anger that can make you feel null amd or void. That is because they cause trauma that rewires the way we think and react. In the end reflecting in any/all of our relationships. No matter if you are the giver of such pain or on the recieving end of it.

Luckily for me I have never held issues of abandonment or rejection although a few of my partners have which have left me in a state of wanting to heal fix assure or just provide many second chances. Notice I said past. Holding ones trauma is a issue in itself that needs to be taken care of. I learned. Its just like if youre in a job of CS if you do your job correct at the ebd of the day you will be drained. To be in a like ship whatever it may be work personsal etc is crazy and unhealthy.

Working on self intels everything and person around you. Rejection: dismisal to ideas to just you being yourself. Rejection is rarely ever personal but just someones personal preferance. Abandonnent: breaking a bond with little no words leaving completely with no return or looking back. Until they realize the lost.

I'm seeing alot of ex's/flings/friends and boss pop out with the "Hey Netta" its weird and disturbing because most of them are blocked. It's a test I'm not willing to retake. I don't feel bad. In fact I only focuse on what I know is about to come. No blocks will be spinned.

Self care/love is truly important. You have to know your worth what stand for and whats off limits for feeding into. Your gut is your super power. The devil knows when he's losing territory. His mission is to break you before your big break, to set you back. Keep going. Let go of what doesnt serve you. Even if you have it all are you holding on to somthing someone that doesnt fit your growth?
